Starting today, marbot helps you to solve AWS incidents with runbooks. Runbooks provide structured procedures for responding to incidents. The following figure is a screenshot of an alert with a runbook.
Runbooks allow all your team members to tackle problems confidently. This allows incidents to be resolved in the shortest possible time.
Together with Quick Links, you are well equipped to keep your AWS system running.
marbot attaches runbooks only in direct messages, and we add new runbooks over time. Check out the list of available runbooks.
